In a city with many dining options and fierce competition, especially in Tex-Mex cuisine, I knew my customer would have an educated palate and would appreciate our traditional and unique dishes we present.
From the beginning, I have always used quality ingredients, from the spices to the tomatoes in our award winning salsa.
We thank our customers for appreciating our efforts in maintaining the quality and integrity of the food and the staff at Luna De Noche.
I thank my partners David & Brigitte Kimichik and David & Lisa Barbour for all their support and for taking a chance to venture into such a risky business.
